Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    2 chicken tenders
    1 green onion, chopped
    1/2 cup bean sprouts
    1/2 cup water chestnuts, finely chopped
    a dash soy sauce

Preparation

  • Cook the chicken tenders for about 5 minutes in a skillet that is slightly greased with oil.
  •  In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites with soy sauce.
  •  Add in the water chestnuts, bean sprouts, and green onion.
  • Put the egg mixture into the pan with the chicken.
  • Cook for about 3 minutes.
  • Flip it over.
  • Cook the other side for another minute or two.
