Light Chicken Egg Foo Young
Ingredients
4 egg whites
2 chicken tenders
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup water chestnuts, finely chopped
a dash soy sauce
Preparation
- Cook the chicken tenders for about 5 minutes in a skillet that is slightly greased with oil.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites with soy sauce.
- Add in the water chestnuts, bean sprouts, and green onion.
- Put the egg mixture into the pan with the chicken.
- Cook for about 3 minutes.
- Flip it over.
- Cook the other side for another minute or two.
