Ingredients
    1/2 lb baby carrots
    1/8 tsp dried mint, crushed
    1 tsp butter
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp brown sugar

Preparation

  • Put a steamer in a saucepan.
  • Fill it up with water just lower the base of the steamer.
  • Cover it up and bring it to a boil.
  • Put the carrots, and then cover it again.
  • Continue to steam and cook for 3 to 6 minutes until tender.
  • Drain the carrots.
  • In a skillet, heat the butter over low heat.
  • Add the carrots, mint, honey, and brown sugar.
  • Cook for 3 minutes until sugar has melted and dissolved.
