Mesomorphs are very lucky because they have an enviable genetics that favors a near-perfect body (cut and volume). Their metabolism is very effective and very responsive to muscle stimulation and weight training. They must maintain a balance between compound exercises and isolation (eight to 12 repetitions). To maximize profits, they can incorporate intensity techniques (descending sets, forced reps, supersets and negative repetitions) and implement cyclical training every six to eight weeks to avoid stagnation. The execution mode must be done to failure, and they can then apply these techniques to grow their muscles to the limit.
Regarding exercise, the recommended training division is consists of four hours of strength moves and two hours of aerobic activity. - Rest between sets: 60-90 seconds.
